The Spiral

The Spiral is a 7 stage transformative journey that clears outdated programming, patterns, and ways of being for growth, evolution, and ascension - spiritually, energetically, emotionally, mentally, and physically - via a variety of healing modalities that incorporate Spiral Dynamics, Scale of Consciousness and the Chakra system.

I’ll use a muscle-testing tool (from kinesiology) during the process, and work through the following themes:
